In Search of Three Early Family Residences
Julie found records of the earliest family residences in Los Angeles on her line through census records and public documents. So we decided to drive the streets of Los Angeles to find, take photos, and walk by the three earliest homes inhabited by Julie’s grandparents. Visiting a Stunning Church in East Los Angeles
Among the family records Julie found, there was a baptismal certificate for her father when he was two years old. Since the church was near the early family homes, we decided to try to find the church in Los Angeles. We’re surprised by the artistic beauty of the church – Santuario de Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe.
