Get ready for a festive extravaganza at the Oxnard Christmas Parade! With 2300 participants in 100 entries, including lively marching bands, impressive equestrian units, local school groups, dazzling floats, and even a special appearance by Santa himself, this yearly spectacle is not to be missed. As the Parade route winds through A, 5th, and C Streets in Downtown Oxnard, a crowd of 8,000 enthusiastic guests gather to enjoy the sights and sounds. This year’s parade will ignite the holiday spirit in all who attend.

Port Hueneme – Annual Holiday Tree Lighting Celebration

Join the City of Port Hueneme for their exciting Annual Holiday Tree Lighting Celebration! Get into the festive spirit as you enjoy arts & crafts, snow sledding, refreshments, and even have the opportunity to write a letter to Santa at the special red mailbox outside City Hall. Don’t forget to take a picture with Santa himself! Drop off your letter to Santa, and the helpful elves in Port Hueneme will ensure it reaches the North Pole. You might just receive a reply if you provide a return address. It’s a wonderful way to kick off the holiday season and make lasting memories with your family and friends.

Simi Valley – An American Christmas at the Reagan Presidential Library

The Ronald Reagan Library in Simi Valley will host its popular “An American Christmas” exhibit from November 15, 2025, to January 4, 2026, featuring 26 trees representing American history, along with Menorahs and holiday lunches/dinners for special events. Expect to see festive decor, cultural snapshots from different eras, and potentially Santa photos, with tickets available online for the exhibit and specific holiday meals

Simi Valley – Holiday in the Park

Stepping onto the 6 1/2 acres at Holiday Open House is like stepping into a Hallmark Christmas Card! Several of our historic homes will be decorated and open for you to tour. Including a Colony House built in 1888, the Simi Adobe built by the Spanish in about 1801, and the magnificent two-story home built by the Strathearn’s in 1892. And during Holiday Open House, tours of the buildings are free of charge. The kids will love the face painter and Santa and Mrs. Claus are available for individual and family photos.
